Las Brisas Farm specializes in intimate, stress free weddings including elopements, Sunday weddings and lovely garden weddings - a wonderful destination for the most special occasion.

Tired of work and stresses of the city? Want to get away and just relax? If so, Las Brisas Farm offers a much needed respite. Las Brisas Farm is located in the heart of Czech-German country and is one mile south from historic Fayetteville where shops and dining reflect yesterday's past. The cottages are set on forty rolling acres where one can appreciate spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and star gaze clear, vast skies. One guest described the setting as eye candy for the soul!

Choose from several ceremony sites ” all designed for beautiful, romantic moments & photos ” A lovely retreat for the most special of occasions. Las Brisas Farm is a full service event facility where country charm meets city sophistication. We welcome small & large events (up to 200) and specialize in making each celebration personal & special with a custom event design. We specialize in: country weddings, outdoor weddings, intimate weddings & elopements, and destination weddings.

Las Brisas Farm is a country retreat developed to share God's love, beauty and bounty with others in an atmosphere that reflects God's peace, grace and tranquility. Eldon and Kathy want Las Brisas Farm to be a destination from which guests return home rested, renewed and refreshed. There are three guest rentals: Arbor House, a two bedroom cottage (sleeps 6), the Bunkhouse, a remodeled 1800's barn (sleeps 7), and the Bunkette, a mini cottage (sleeps 2). All facilities are for adults only. The Bunkhouse can also serve as a gathering facility for scrapbooking, workshops, rehearsal dinners and various celebrations.

As an outdoor country wedding venue, Las Brisas Farm is a beautiful location for
garden weddings, earth-friendly (green) weddings, Sunday weddings and elopements.

At Las Brisas Farm, Guests May:

Spring

• B&B reservations are confirmed with a $100 deposit.
• Cancellation: With at least 8 days notice prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refund after that.
• Special Events reservations are confirmed with a $100 per day non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 2 months prior to the event. Sorry, no refunds for any cancellations.
• Check in 3 p.m. -- check out 11 a.m.

Austin (65 miles / airport)
Take Hwy 71 east past La Grange, about 10 miles. Look for Fayetteville sign - turn left on FM 955 and travel until dead end at FM 159 - turn right, go about 3 blocks, until blinking light - go straight over railroad for about one mile. Las Brisas Farm is on left - sign at front entrance.

San Antonio (95 miles / Sequin)
Take I-10 east to Flatonia - turn left at McDonald's - FM 609 to La Grange - turn left to McDonald's, turn right on Hwy 71 - travel about 12 miles - look for Fayetteville sign - turn left at FM 955. Travel until dead end at FM 159 - turn right, go about 3 blocks, until blinking light - go straight over railroad tracks for about one mile. Las Brisas Farm is on left - sign at front entrance.

Brenham from US290 (30 miles/Wal-Mart)
Take Hwy 36 (Wal-Mart) to FM 109 (light) turn right. Travel about 15 miles to Industry (blinking stop light) - turn right at FM 159 to Fayetteville - turn left at blinking light and go straight over railroad tracks for about one mile. Las Brisas Farm is on left - sign at front entrance.

Houston (65 miles / Katy, TX)
Take I-10 past Columbus and connect with Hwy 71 to Austin. Travel approximately 12 miles to Ellinger (Hruska's Bakery / Chevron station) turn right on FM 2503 for about 4-1/2 miles to Ross Prairie Church Road - turn left - travel 2 miles, Las Brisas Farm is on right - 1108 Ross Prairie Church Road (large black posts with sign at front).

Elopements

We specialize in elopement weddings and will create your wedding with as little as 5 days notice. Let us manage all the details ... you just come and enjoy! Sometimes the thought of a large, traditional wedding (and all the expense and headaches that come with it) can be a bit overwhelming and stressful. "I Do, I Do", the Elopement Package at Las Brisas Farm, is for couples that want to show up and celebrate, and yet, do not want to sacrifice the quality and beauty of the experience. Due to the extensive planning related to your elopement package, we do not permit cancellations once your date is booked. The entire amount of the package will be billed at the time of the reservation and it is non-refundable. Sunday Weddings
Why have a Sunday Wedding at Las Brisas Farm?

1. Las Brisas Farm may already be reserved on your chosen date. Most Friday and Saturdays are booked a year in advance.
2. Sunday weddings could save you money. Often times Sunday weddings are less expensive as some vendors offer Sunday discounts. Las Brisas Farm offers a discount for Sunday weddings after 4.
3. A Sunday wedding frees up at least one day of the weekend, generally making your family, friends, and guests more appreciative of the extra time.
4. The traffic leaving the city to Las Brisas Farm is much lighter.
5. Sunday weddings paired with a 3-day weekend, allow guests to travel on Monday.

Last summer, my husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary at Las Brisas Farm. My husband could not have chosen a more romantic spot to spend such a special weekend. I was enraptured by the charm and serenity of the rolling landscape at Las Brisas. The two-bedroom cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with anything from sunscreen to popcorn and cookies. The lake setting, with its quaint paddle boat, was as peaceful as one would expect from a country postcard, and the flower garden was positively enchanting. But the best experience by far was engaging in conversation with the owners and meeting their dogs, June and July. We left Las Brisas Farm counting Eldon and Kathy as two new friends. Let me say that I have stayed in several B&B's in my adult life. However, I have never had the privilege to visit one quite like Las Brisas Farm. The adjectives that would describe this beautiful place are serene, soothing, warm, and quaint. Arbor House is located away from the main house which makes it very private. However, when you meet Eldon or Kathy they are so warm and friendly you will feel right at home. It is a warm inviting home and just darling on the inside. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace at night. The breakfast that Kathy prepared was delicious. As I sit here on the porch of the Arbor House dining on the most scrumptious breakfast served & baked with love, I am reminded of the loving service of Jesus. Thank you so much for doing this program for the soldiers. We had a relaxing time and it was great to get away from everything dealing with the Army and the up coming deployment for a couple of days.

Grande Hearth

An intimate and unique courtyard with a backdrop of a 34' fireplace is surrounded by planters of seasonal herbs and flowers. This space works best for groups of no more than 50 guests.

The Front Porch

The Bunkhouse front porch with cedar posts has an old fashioned ambiance. The courtyard is surrounded by colorful and fragrant gardens of roses, seasonal flowers and lilies with a working windmill in the center.

Outdoor Chapel with Vineyard-in-the-Round

One enters this outdoor chapel through a bell tower with a beautiful bronze church bell. This unique courtyard is surrounded by a vineyard-in-the-round that also offers a dance floor beneath a canopy of trees. In between the grapes are beautiful roses with barrels and pots of colorful flowers and herbs. Candles illuminate the circumference of the outdoor chapel, as well as, a thousand, twinkling white lights overhead to offer a romantic glow.

The Log Gazebo

This distinctive courtyard is surrounded by olive trees with a massive log gazebo in the center that has a cedar tree backdrop and is topped with wisteria.

Cathedral Arbor

Cathedral Arbor at water's edge is surrounded by a landscaped pond with a quaint arched Foot Bridge and Wisteria Arbor.
