Guest Information

• Rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Hotel tax is additional.
• Check in is between 3 and 7 pm. Guests who check in after 7 pm are provided with a welcome basket and the door code in advance.
• Late check out is available if the room isn't reserved for the next day, otherwise we ask guests to check out by 12 p.m.
• Reservation confirmations are by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Reservations for large groups, holidays and special events are charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of room charges. Credit card, checks, traveler's checks or cash will be accepted upon arrival.
• A 50% deposit will be charged if you cancel less than seven days prior to your stay unless you make an alternate reservation.
• Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the exterior porches only.
• Sorry, we can not accommodate pets other than our dog, Bailey. She is kept out of sight unless her presence is requested.
• Breakfast is served at 8:30 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends, alternative times can be arranged upon request.
