Parvin's Cottage consists of two bedrooms, Alice's Room and Evelyn's Room, each with a queen bed, and a loft with one trundle bed for two. There is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Living room, dining room, large wrap-around sunroom, and gourmet kitchen. Hilltop location, outdoor sitting patio, separate dining patio, gas barbecue grill.

The Farm House, nearest the river, sleeps six to eight, and has three suites: the River Suite with a queen bed and bathroom; the Colonel's Suite with a king bed and bathroom; and Martha's Suite with a queen bed and bathroom. Living room, dining room, large kitchen, sunroom, and large front porch for rocking chair lounging. Two gas barbecue grills, two outdoor dining areas.

The Guest House sleeps eight to ten in three large suites. The Manley Suite has a king bed, spacious sitting area, and bathroom. The East Wing Suite has a queen bed, separate sitting room with trundle bed, and a bathroom. The Library Suite has a queen bed, separate sitting room with trundle bed, bathroom, and library room. It has a large kitchen and dining room, and a living room with fireplace. From its hilltop location it has views from three sides.
