    The VenetianThe Venetian (First Floor)
    Experience this exquisite room with European/Italian decor, beautiful antiques and a truly gorgeous queen bed. The large spacious bathroom consists of a Roman tub, two separate sink areas with a private toilet area and a walk-in closet/xtra room with enough room for a double bed (can sleep up to 4). The scenic view overlooking the golf course is spectacular!

    St. Andrews Suite
    Meticulously decorated with an Irish flair, this suite consists of two rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a lovely kingsize bed and fine antiques. The adjoining room, with a lovely sitting area can convert to a double size sleeper sofa, for those who don’t mind sharing. The bathroom has double sinks separated by a linen closet with a private toilet and shower area.

    Dreamers (First Floor)
    Dream of that ‘hole-in-one’ in this lovely room decorated with a luxurious queen size bed, antique armoire & chest with private bath and a quaint antique clawfoot tub. Outside sitting areas are available on the side porch and the back deck overlooking the golf course at the 9th Hole. Enjoy feeding the deer, watching the golfers and taking it all in!

    The Victoria Room (Upstairs)
    Furnished with an authentic Victorian Style decor with an antique sette’, armoire and kingsize bed, this room is true romance! Your private bath follows the Victorian theme with beautiful draperies and decor.

    The Lakefront Cottage

    The Lakefront Cottage is approximately 1100 sq.ft. with an extra large Master Suite with sitting area. The additional bedroom has a full size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area as well. The bathroom has a large vanity with double sinks and a separate toilet w/tub/shower. The living and dining room overlook Canyon Lake from the balcony and their is a breakfast bar and a full kitchen. With just a short 2 min. walk down to the waterfront or a quick drive (1/2 m.) to the public boat ramp and Comal Park, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors or the numerous activities in New Braunfels, Gruene, San Marcos & San Antonio & Austin.
    Rates: $225.00 Per Night/Dbl Occup.

    Policies

    • Rates based on 2 night reservation - 1 night reservation; Additional $20/per night.
    • Reserve the Inn: Daily Rates $700/2 night minimum (includes kitchen use). Sleeps 12-14.
    • Weekly & Monthly Rates are available & vary during high & low seasons.
    • Please contact Karen Watson, InnKeeper for Weekly & Monthly rates.
    • Rates vary according to number of guests and length of stay.

    • A credit card is required to make a reservation.
    • Full payment is due upon arrival.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
    • Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests.
    • Minimum 2-night stay is required. Exceptions may be made during week days.
    • Thanksgiving, Memorial & Labor Day Weekends require a 3-night minimum.
    • Check-in: 3 - 6 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
    • Check-out: 11 a.m.
    • Smoking is not permitted inside the inn.
    • No pets.
