The Country Antique room, located in the main home, offers a view of the front of our property. Enjoy complete access to the living room area, private bath and kitchen. Relax in our secret garden area, raised deck area, and/or picnic area at the pond.

- 1 night's room deposit required to reserve room.
- 2-night minimum during special events,TAMU graduations, football sporting events and holidays.
- All other times 1-night minimum.
- 14 day notice of cancellation required for special events,TAMU graduations, football sporting events and holidays, or credit card will be charged for full amount of stay.
- 7 day notice of cancellation required for other non-event times (special events,TAMU graduations, football sporting events and holidays)
- A $20 cancellation fee applies during special events, holidays or for cancellations not meeting this requirement.
