Pamela offers more than just a cooking class - it's an experience! Not only will she share lessons on food, but lessons on life in the country! Pamela Murski's background is diverse and her rich life experiences have woven a colorful tapestry. As a child she lived in the city and learned proper etiquette surrounded by culture while at the same time making weekend trips to the rural hometown of her mother where she learned to appreciate the simple goodness of fresh air and fresh food. That appreciation grew when Pamela moved to the country with her parents. She found herself rising before dawn to help work the family farm, including milking the cow, feeding livestock, gathering eggs and working the "organic" garden - before anyone knew what "organic" meant! She was taught the fine art of canning and preserving by her mother and still enjoys gathering grapes and dewberries from wild vines to make her delicious jams and jellies.
