Deer Run Retreat Center

The Lodge at Deer Run is a 7,000+ sq-ft lodge just 10 miles out of historic, downtown Franklin, TN, nestled within the serenity of the woods and provides a haven for rest, rejuvenation, and renewal. All rooms have great views of the surrounding woods.

Each of the seven guest rooms has a private bath and is well-appointed with lodge décor. Individual room pricing for B&B guests is based on two persons per room and includes breakfast for two. Additional persons per room are $30 each.

There are approximately five miles of wooded hiking and mountain bike trails that wind throughout the 100 acres of property including a trail around Spring Valley Lake.

The entire lodge can be reserved as a private setting for day or overnight retreats. meetings,  family reunions, and/or birthday parties. Deer Run staff coordinate with you to customize your retreat.

No Additional Cost for B&B Guests, Retreat Guests, or Day Meeting Guests
Creekside Recreational Area: Wiffle Ball field, Sand Volleyball Court, Gaga Ball, Cornhole, Ladder Golf, Horseshoes, Hiking Trails
Spring Valley Lake: Catch & release bank fishing only; bait & tackle are not provided. Canoeing is not allowed unless paying for other lake recreation.

Must be scheduled in advance and require facilitation by Deer Run staff. There is a minimum number for some activities.

The Lodge's second-floor library serves as a meeting room and includes Wi-Fi and audiovisual equipment.
