Riversong Suite

Our largest suite featuring a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and stone-tiled bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Riversong is a luxurious retreat for two, but also large enough to accommodate a family. Rate: $195.

Treehouse Suite

Accommodates up to 7; 3rd Floor Room; 2 Queen Beds + Twin Bed + Futon
This private suite is comprised of two rooms with tongue & groove spruce walls and has the feel of a private cabin in the woods. The suite has an exterior door to the outdoor back porch for relaxing and viewing the woods. Rate: $145.

Woodland Suite

Accommodates up to 7; 2nd Floor Roomv Queen Bed + 2 Sets of Bunk Beds + A Loft Bunk

This spacious suite features a wall-to-wall picture window with a window seat and breathtaking view of the woods. The suite has an exterior door to the outdoor back porch for relaxing and viewing the woods. Woodland Suite is adjacent to the meeting room and Great Room. Rate: $145.

Mountain Dreams

Accommodates up to 6; 2nd Floor Room; Queen Bed + 2 Sets of Bunk Beds

A cozy room featuring a private indoor balcony with a great view of the surrounding woods and overlooking the wall-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the dining room. Rate: $140.

Fawn Meadow

  Accommodates up to 4; 2nd Floor Room; Queen Bed + Set of Bunk Beds

A great corner room with an exterior door to the outdoor back porch for relaxing and viewing the woods. Easy access to the meeting room or dining room. Rate: $135.

Cabin Hideaway

Accommodates up to 4; 1st Floor Room; Full Bed + Set of Bunk Beds
Easily accessible and adjacent to the dining room. The tongue & groove spruce walls give a warm welcome to anyone who loves a cabin-like atmosphere. This is our only first-floor room. Rate: $135.

Forest Haven

Accommodates up to 2; 2nd Floor Room; Queen Bed
A perfect getaway for one or a cozy retreat for two. Rate: $120.

POLICIES Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

All facilities are nonsmoking and no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. No pets allowed.

Individual room pricing is based on two persons per room and includes breakfast for two.
Each additional person per room: $30

Deposit for Individual Rooms (B&B)
A reservation deposit of 50% is necessary to hold specific dates and to finalize the confirmation of a reservation. The deposit is fully refundable unless cancelled 7 days or less before arrival date.

Group Deposits
A reservation deposit of 40% is necessary to hold specific dates and to finalize the confirmation of a reservation. Group deposits are non-refundable.

Balance Payments
Balance payment must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Group payment: Deposit and balance payments must be made with one check or one credit card not individual checks from each participant.

Group Cancellations
If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days in advance, the deposit will be credited in full towards another date within the next 12 months of the date reserved.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days in advance, there will be no credit given unless Deer Run is able to book another retreat for use of the same facilities for the cancelled date(s).

Taxes: Occupancy & sales tax
All lodging is subject to a 4% local occupancy tax. This tax is not exempt. Sales tax exempt organizations: A copy of your sales tax exemption form is required or Tennessee sales tax will added to your invoice.
