While the Grand Lodge is the heart and architectural gemstone of Evins Mill - where guests arrive, park and check-in, and where many of the Inn's gathering areas are located - overnight accommodations are located in three adjacent Guest Houses, situated on a steep slope overlooking a bluff on the other side of Fall Creek. The first guest house, Lockhart, is just a stone’s throw away from the Lodge and offers a few advantages...

As guests park by the Lodge, Lockhart is the most convenient.
Lockhart offers picturesque views of the spillway, pond & gristmill.

Lawrence and Webb guest houses respectively are about 150 and 300 feet from the Lodge. Both look out over beautiful scenery but are further recessed from views of the spillway, pond and gristmill. Each guest house features two types of rooms - Mountain Laurel on the upper level and Evergreen on the lower level. 

Mountain Laurel
While Mountain Laurel rooms are similar to Evergreens in the essential respects highlighted in the Introduction,  they differ aesthetically and functionally in several ways, uniquely featuring…
vaulted cathedral ceilings, creating a more open ambiance
wood versus dry wall ceilings, offering a warmer texture
easier access (no flight of steps even though they're on the top floor)
more closet & shelf space
larger screen televisions
a mini-refrigerator
sleeping lofts for children or groups needing additional bedding

Evergreen
As outlined in the Introduction, Evergreen rooms boast many of the same features as Mountain Laurels in terms of views, size, bedding, decor and privacy. They do not however feature some of the "whistles and bells"  of the Mountain Laurels, such as vaulted ceilings, large screen televisions or mini-refrigerators, and do involve an additional set of steps to access.

For all three types of packages...

• Guests may arrive as early as noon.
• Room check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
• Guests may often stay late, though room check-out time is noon.
• With few exceptions, one-night stays are available.
• Prices are based on double occupancy & one night's stay.
• Rates for triple occupancy/children are available upon request.
• Rates for single occupancy are available only on select nights.
• Rates do not include tax, alcohol or gratuity.
• Advance reservation restrictions often apply.
