Some of our guests are business travelers and others are vacationing in Nashville to visit the music venues. We are also very close to 3 universities, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Lipscomb, so we get a lot of people visiting the universities.
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? We are an 1893 Victorian home with a wrap-around porch.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit? Most people come to Nashville for the music.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn? One of the best compliments was when one of our guests said that we “saved their marriage and changed their life”.
What’s the best kept secret about the area? Most people are surprised at the diversity of Nashville. We have all types of music venues available and also a lot of history here. People also are amazed at the beauty of the TN landscape.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area? Here is a suggested itinerary:
Day 1 – Visit downtown and take a hop on hop off trolley ride to get a good overview of the city.
Day 2 – Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, studio B and the Ryman Auditorium, and Broadway Ave. in the evening.
Day 3 – Visit the Belle Meade Plantation and Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art
Day 4 – Visit the Parthenon and The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson.
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? We are a block from the 12th Street district with many restaurants and shops. We are just blocks to Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Music Row and Downtown.

From I-65 north or south, I-24 east or west, I-40west:
- Follow to I-440 west
- Take I-440 west to Exit 3 (21st Avenue) north towards downtown
- On 21st Avenue look for the 4th right (Linden Avenue). Take a right onto Linden.
- Follow Linden down to Belmont Avenue.
- Take a left on Belmont and a quick right back onto Linden Avenue.
- Linden Manor is on the right side of the street. 1501 Linden Avenue.
From I-40 east:- Take I-440 east to Exit 3 (21st Avenue) north towards downtown
