- Cancellation Policy: If notification of a cancellation is received fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date and sixty (60) days notice for certain events such as: Country Music Marathon, Vanderbilt Graduation, and CMA Festival. There is no cancellation charges. If we do not receive notice fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date for certain events such as: Country Music Marathon, Vanderbilt Graduation and CMA festival the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
