Travelers are always looking for memorable and relaxing experiences. Let’s discover more through the words of our innkeepers. Many thanks to Betty Blackwell for sharing her own secrets with BBOnline.com! Why do most travelers stay at your inn? We are conveniently located to downtown Nashville and the Opryland Hotel and Grand Ole Opry.
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? The Cabin is exclusive & private with luxury accommodations in a safe area.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit? Nashville is known as "Music City USA". Most people visit Nashville for the music. We also have a lot of families who stay with us to visit their children who attend Vanderbilt University.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn? We have had 4 guests that loved the cabin so much they wanted to buy it!
What’s the best kept secret about the area? Our location. Our cabin is in a very secluded neighborhood. We are just down the street from the Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills and The Grand Ole Opry.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area? They should visit the Opryland Hotel, go shopping at Opry Mills, attend The Grand Ole Opry, and visit the Ryman Auditorium.
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? There is nothing within walking distance. We are in a neighborhood.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area? We enjoy dining at John A's Restaurant on Music Valley Drive. This is right across the street from the Opryland Hotel. They have the best live country music in the Nashville.
Any good area guides/websites that travelers could reference? How many rooms does your inn have? We have a cabin with 2 bedrooms.
Do you accept pets? We do not accept pets.

This is the jewel of the Cumberland River. We shared the cabin with another couple we were traveling with and it was perfect. The cabin is located in a wooded area about five minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. Easy in and out access for you Opry fans. The cabin had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen is great if you decide to cook and just hang out at the cabin, which we did a lot. It is hard to get off the back porch that overlooks the Cumberland River. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the view. The owners live next door so if you need anything they are there. The only complaint I have is the cabin was such a treat in itself, it was hard to get the rest of our group to go anywhere. There is no way you could not love this place I don't care who you are. Go enjoy. We will be back.
We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at End O' The Bend, the cabin is absolutely perfect for a quiet get away, yet minutes from all the attractions that Nashville has to offer. We spent a wonderful visit here with friends we hadn't seen in almost 20 years, we all felt just like we had "come home"-immaculate rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, everything you could ask for and more. Thank you so much Betty, we'll be back...and plan to tell everyone we know about this hidden treasure!
We had a delighful trip to Nashville. The cabin was better than I could have imagined. Actually, we stayed at the Opryland Hotel the first night in Nashville and all of us agreed that we liked the cabin much better. It's a 'hidden treasure.'
