Destination Weddings & Elopements (Garden, Banquet Room)

Destination weddings and elopements require a Wedding Garden and a Party Room, both of which we have created just for bridal couples. The garden features a perennial border, gazebo and views of two mountains plus plenty of space for chairs and ceremonies in a variety of layouts.

The Party Room will seat 50 for dinner or more standing for a cocktail style party. The bay window is suitable for indoor ceremonies or is a great location for the band or "head table." These windows also have a mountain view. The room features real walnut woodwork grown on the property, tile floors and a high vaulted ceiling with fans (as well as central  heat/air). The banquet room complext has two public restrooms, a smaller gallery/foyer area and open air patio.

Elopement packages include the ceremony, cake, flowers, officiant and two room nights at the inn for two persons without guests. Destination weddings generally require a weekend/whole house rental plus use of such vendors as a caterer, florist, musicians and so on. Wedding planning services are included free in the price of renting the room. There is no extra fee when vendors from the inn's "list" ae used. Mixing and matching service providers or doing it all yourself can result in a higher use fee. Our goal for couples is an easy, hassle free, loving and lovely wedding weekend where the innkeepers handle the details and you enjoy your special moments with your closest family and friends. Please schedule a meeting with Innkeeper Judy Hotchkiss to discuss the details of your event. You will be surprised how easy--and wonderful--we can make your wedding.

Full rental, which includes chairs, tables, linens, flatware, some glassware, planning services, day-of use of the facility, traffic attendant and other items, including 5 guest rooms for two nights (sleeping up to 11):  $2700-$3000 plus tax. Catering runs about $11-$40/person. Ask about our "tested" vendor solutions.      423-727-0139
