Directions: I-40W/I-75S. Keep left to take I-75S via EXIT 368, toward Chattanooga. Take the US-321/TN95 exit, EXIT 81 toward Lenoir City/Oak Ridge. Turn left onto US321S/TN73E/TN95S. Turn Right onto TN-95/Lenoir City Road. Turn Right onto Axley Chapel Road for 1.5 miles. Turn Right onto Coytee Road for 1/2 mile. Turn Right onto Summit Hill Drive. Information/Lake Tellico Lodge is at the top of the hill on the right.

• Our rooms rates start at $129 double occupancy
• Guaranteed reservations cannot be made without a one night deposit via credit card. The deposit for the last night of your reservation is required at the time of scheduling.
• Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
• If you choose to confirm your reservation by check, we must receive the deposit within seven days of making your reservation or it will be cancelled. Please note that your payment is non-refundable if not cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
• Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter along with a survey to determine your special requests for food and planned activities. If you confirm your reservation with a credit card, any incidental charges incurred during the stay will be charged to your credit card upon your departure.
• Cancellation Policy: Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. The deposit for your reservation is fully refundable unless cancellation is made less than fourteen days prior to 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date. Reservations can celled and not rescheduled less than fourteen days will result in forfeiture of a deposit. There will be no adjustments for guests arriving late or departing early. A two-night minimum may be in effect for some weekends during the high season months of April through November.
• The above policies are for individual reservations only. Group reservation policies are based on the arrangements made with the meeting planner at the time the group contract was made.
• Occupancy is based upon 2 guests over the age of 18 in a room. A charge of $25 per night will apply for an additional adult occupying the same room.
• We are a strict non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted on in the outside areas of the Lodge. Our in-room fire alarm system is extremely sensitive to smoke. A violation of this policy will result in an automatic $150 cleaning fee as well as assistance in finding you another facility for the remainder of your stay.
