Our guests love the TOTAL PRIVACY! We are known for our quiet and beautiful surroundings. We love our guests - our motto is "may you enter as guests and leave as friends".

To get away from the busyness of life - go somewhere different; enjoy the quaint style of Granville.

Unique, clean, private, relaxing. A large part of our clientele are repeat business and/or referred by past guests - this is the greatest compliment!

The history and beauty of the Upper Cumberland area.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
In addition to touring Historic Granville and the Cordell Hull Lake area, we are within minutes of Burgess Falls State Park, Carthage, Cookeville, Crossville (Cumberland County Playhouse), Gainesboro and Nashville is less than 70 miles away. We are at the intersection of three counties - Jackson, Putnam and Smith; all offering antiquing, shopping and rich history.
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn?
Yes - 1880 Sutton General Store, Granville Museum, Sutton Homestead, Granville Veterans Park, Cordell Hull Lake.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area?
Sutton Old Time Music and Dinner Show on Saturday night has fantastic food!

We have two houses; a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

As much as we like animals, we do not accept pets.
