Welcome to Laurel Springs Lodge Bed and Breakfast, a historic, totally renovated, 1930’s Smoky Mountain lodge in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Two blocks off the Parkway, free on site parking and an easy walk to the nearest Trolley stop, Convention Center or downtown activities. Only 3 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park, and 5 miles from Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg is one of the top Honeymoon destinations in the U.S. and Laurel Springs Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful setting for your small wedding or reception. We are 30 miles from Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. Minutes from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smoky's, Horseback Riding, Golfing, Skiing, Rafting, Ober Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. We are just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, and the Tail of the Dragon!
We are on a secluded, wooded hillside overlooking the West Branch of the Little Pigeon River. Enjoy the sounds of nature while relaxing in our gazebo or hot tub.Enjoy our rustic great room with its knotty pine walls, open beam ceiling, and stone fireplace with gas log. Our four-season porch is the perfect place to relax, read a book, or work a puzzle. We have numerous board games and a small eclectic library for your enjoyment. Hot coffee and tea, cold drinks, snacks and desserts are available in the afternoon and evening. A small refrigerator and microwave are available for guest use. Wireless internet is also available.
Our Gourmet Breakfast Breakfast is served from 8:00 until 9:30 a.m. daily. You choose a time and you choose from a mini menu that varies daily. We start off each meal with selections such as fresh fruit and yogurt, warm coffee cakes, muffins, Danish or breads. Some of our menu choices include, banana pecan stuffed french toast, blueberry crepes, apple soufflé', ham and swiss or spinach quiches, shirred eggs, baked oatmeal and homemade granolas, a variety of pancakes and french toast are also available. Meat choices include, turkey bacon, brown sugar bacon, apple cheddar sausage, country ham, sausage links or patties. Coffee, tea and juice's complement every meal. In addition to our standard breakfast, we can accommodate the lighter, healthier eaters too! Special requests and restricted diets can be taken care of with advance notice.

We have five guest rooms for your lodging needs. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, botanical bath products, bath robes, hair dryers, and irons. All rooms have Flat screen Cable TV, VCR, DVD players, mini-fridges, and complementary wireless internet. The Dogwood and Fern and Riversong rooms also have Electric Fireplaces. Feel free to choose a movie from our movie library to view during your stay. Our bed linens are 400+ thread count and we have all hypo allergenic pillows. The entire Lodge has been modernized with central heat, central air conditioning, and modern plumbing (yes, we have great water pressure). Gatlinburg Lodging with Smoky Mountain ambiance! All prices are based on double occupancy.
The Dogwood Fireplace (Mini Suite) - (Room One) - $145 to $159
A bright, romantic, newly decorated mini-suite on the upper level of the lodge, featuring a cozy sitting area with beautiful electric fireplace and flat screen TV, cable, dvd and vcr players and mini fridge. Private bath with botanical bath products, and bath robes. Comfortable four poster queen-size bed, secretary desk, also have a twin chair that converts to a twin size bed, and a trudnle bed that stores under the queen bed when not in use. This room has space to accommodate 3 or 4 guests by using a comfortable twin-size trundle bed and the twin chair (not suitable for 2 couples).
The Botanical Room - (Room Two) - $129 to $139
A cheerful room on the lodges upper level overlooking our beautiful new botanical hillside garden, featuring butterfly bushes, mountain laurel, rhododendron, lilac's, hosta and more! Furnished with a queen-size bed, writing desk for those of you traveling with a lap top mini-fridge, flat screen tv, dvd/vcr players, free WI-FI. Private bathroom with shower and botanical bath products, and bath robes.
The Rivers Song (Mini Suite) - (Room Three) $145 to $159A quiet and welcoming mini-suite on the upper level of the lodge. Relax to the sounds of the Little Pigeon River while enjoying a lovely view of the wooded hillside and wildflowers in the spring time. Furnished with mahogany four poster pineapple queen-size bed, comfortable sitting area with electric fireplace and flat screen tv, roll top desk and chair, mini-fridge, private bathroom with shower, plantation blinds, cable TV and DVD and VCR player. Free WI-FI. True hospitality awaits you.
The Paradise Room - (Room Four) - $129 to $139
A cozy, intimate room on the main floor of the lodge overlooking our wooded hillside, keep a watchful eye out for an occasional deer or black bear. This room has a queen-size four poster bed, mini-fridge, flat screen tv, cable, dvd/vcr players, private bathroom with shower, botanical bath products, bath robes and is newly decorated in pale aqua colors with bamboo roman shades. Enjoy the colorful tropical theme as you relax to the sounds of the Little Pigeon River and wake to our mountain song birds.
The Fern Room Mini-Suite - (Room Five) - $145 to $159
Enjoy the new electric fireplace in this secluded queen-size mini-suite on the lodges lower level.Furnished with a queen size bed, private sitting area with desk and chair and a mini fridge, flat screen tv and fireplace. Cable tv, vcr/dvd players, always free WI-FI. A private bathroom with shower, botanical bath products, and bath robes. Relax with your own private fern garden while listening to the sounds of the Little Pigeon River just across the street. Policies
- All rates are for 2 persons per night, A third person is $30 extra per night. Tax is not included.

- Full breakfast, refreshments, desserts, beverages and snacks are included ----
- Discounts: 5% active military, 5% extended stay (4 nights or more) and 5% for payment in cash (we give you the savings instead of paying the credit card company!), 5% return guest discount. Discount's can be combined up to 15% max.
- Standard Rates: April 1st - Sept 30th and October 31st-December 23rd. (excluding Holiday weekends and special events)
- Peak Rates: February 12th-14th, September 3rd-5th, October 1st- 30th, November 24th-27th and December 24-Jan 1 - all dates inclusive.
- To make a reservation you will need a credit card. The card will be authorized for the amount of your stay. This means that your credit card company has guaranteed the funds for your stay. They should not bill you for the amount until you stay with us. If you used a debit card, your bank may pull the funds from your account, which will reduce your account balance.
- Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be canceled within 14 days (October & Holidays 30 days) for refund, minus cancellation fee of $25.00. No shows and cancellations less than 14 days (October & Holidays 30 days) will be charged for entire amount of reservation.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m., if arriving after 7pm please call. Check-out time is 11 a.m. This allows us time to prepare the same "Laurel Springs experience" for our incoming guests.
- Well-behaved children age 10 and above are welcome, but limited, give us a call.
- Pets are not allowed, we have no pets on the property.
- Covered smoking areas are provided outside. No smoking is allowed in the Inn.
- Laurel Springs Lodge cannot sell wine, but you are welcome to bring your own in.
