Experience Gatlinburg "Foxtrot" Style
Take the time to explore Gatlinburg. Nature-lovers might spend a day at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and theater-goers can enjoy a musical comedy at the Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre. If you're interested in panoramic views, take a ride up the Space Needle in town or the Sky Lift up Crockett Mountain. Go wine tasting at the Smoky Mountain Winery, or visit the several museums, including the Guinness World Records Museum and the Hollywood Wax Museum.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Gatlinburg is your gateway to the Smokies. Eight hundred miles of maintained trails, historic log cabins, and old-growth forests await you in the 800-square-mile Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Climb Mount Le Conte, the namesake of one of our Leconte Sunrise Suite, to earn spectacular views of the Southern Appalachian Mountains from the park's third-highest mountain. Visit during autumn to experience the magnificent fall colors.
Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community
Wander down the eight-mile Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community loop to meet local artisans in their shops, studios, and galleries. The trail has been designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail and lets you connect with Gatlinburg-area weavers, carvers, potters, candy-makers, jewelers, and other artisans.
Ober Gatlinburg
The only ski/snowboard resort in Tennessee, Ober Gatlinburg provides runs and lifts during the winter. In summer, it offers amusement park rides and activities, including a scenic aerial tramway.
Pigeon Forge
Six miles north of Gatlinburg is the small town of Pigeon Forge, a family-friendly vacation destination.
Dollywood
Pigeon Forge is home to Dollywood, the theme park owned by country music singer Dolly Parton. In addition to thrill rides, Dollywood offers the adjacent Splash Country waterpark, the Dixie Stampede dinner theater chain, and the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame.

Our inn offers four guest rooms: a honeymoon suite featuring a two-person whirlpool tub with a spectacular view of Mt. Leconte; an executive suite with a sofa sleeper in the separate sitting room; a deluxe king room on view side with a four-poster king-sized bed; and a deluxe king room with a Jacuzzi tub and a king-sized sleigh bed. All accommodations have a king-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress, TV/VCR/DVD, telephones, private baths, wireless internet access, iron, and ironing board.
Second-floor Suites
LECONTE SUNRISE ($205/night)
A honeymoon/anniversary suite decorated in sunny colors. The bedroom has a lovely natural-finish, king-sized, four-poster bed. The suite also features an over-sized bathroom with a cathedral ceiling and a glass wall for views of Mt LeConte and Gatlinburg. A two-person whirlpool tub completes the bath. A private balcony allows quiet viewing of our spectacular mountain scenery.
CHIMNEY VIEW ($205/night)
A two-room suite consisting of a bedroom with a king-sized, hand-made cedar bed, sitting room with full-sized sofa sleeper, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and two balconies for you to enjoy the mountain backdrop.
ROARING FORKS ($165/night)
A gold-toned room on the wooded side of the house with a king-sized sleigh bed and an in-suite private bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
CHEROKEE ORCHARD ($165/night)
A richly decorated room with a massive, four-poster, king-sized bed and private bath. This room is on the view side of the house and is approximately the size of a master bedroom suite in a home. It also features an alcove with an additional vanity with sink.
Policies
1. No smoking.
2. No pets.
3. Children by prior arrangement only.
4. Cancellation/date change policy:
If a guest calls more than 14 days (30 in October) in advance of arrival date, no fee will be assessed. If a guest calls between 1 and 14 days (30 in October) prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging or one-half the entire reservation, whichever is greater, will be charged.
5. No show policy:
When a guest does not arrive or call prior to the day of the reservation, a "no show" fee will be charged equal to the amount of the entire reservation.
6. The Foxtrot reserves the right to charge a single night premium of $20.00 or require a two-night minimum during peak times which include, but are not limited to, three-day weekends, holidays, and October.
