Delicious Morning Breakfast
Breakfast is half the pleasure at The Foxtrot, our Gatlinburg, Tennessee lodging accommodations. And breakfast will be the highlight of your culinary experience during your stay. Your gourmet breakfast will be prepared by a professional chef. Based on traditional French and Creole cuisine with the flavor of the Great Smoky Mountains, your breakfast will incorporate locally grown fruits, vegetables, and meats to delight your taste buds. Starting with an appetizer, which ranges from fresh fruits to baked apples in whole cream (and everything in between), we shake up your idea of what breakfast is supposed to be. Our main courses alternate between sweet and savory dishes like crème brulet French toast and confetti frittata. To top off your culinary treat, dessert will be served. Some of our guests' favorites are white chocolate bread pudding, crepes Fitzgerald, and butterscotch pears. Breakfast each day is different. You should never get the same thing twice even when you stay a week at The Foxtrot.
