    Our Gatlinburg bed and breakfast offers a number of lodging options. In the Inn's main building, there are six traditional rooms and three premier rooms all beautifully furnished with antiques and artwork. A short stroll away, seven private cottages with living rooms and fireplaces are nestled in the woodlands around the Inn. Three gorgeous guesthouses offer even more privacy and space.

    Private GuesthousesWebb Mountain House: Newly built with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking panoramic mountain views, Webb Mountain House offers a large living room, stone fireplace, loft, and two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, Jacuzzi, and private deck. Other amenities include cable TV with DVD/CD player, private cell phone, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. 2 people $285, 4 people $320

    Bebb House: The classic home of the inn's original owner has a large stone fireplace in the living room and a wall of windows which looks out onto a covered flagstone terrace with a magnificent view beyond. There are two bedroom suites, one with a queen and one with a double bed and each with a private bathroom. One bedroom suite has its own sitting room with fireplace. Other amenities include a full kitchen, satellite television with DVD/CD player, private cell phone, coffeemaker, and microwave. 2 people $220, 4 people $280

    Lindsay House: Located next door to Bebb House, Lindsay House is a two-story, two-bedroom house with a large living room, fireplace, picture windows, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an antique double bed, the other a king bed. The forest shelters a private deck off the living room. Other amenities include satellite TV with DVD/CD player, private cell phone, Jacuzzi, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. 2 people $195, 4 people $240

    Buckhorn Inn Policies

    • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 9:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Guests with dinner reservations should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m.
    • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
    • On weekends and holidays there is a two-night minimum stay and on some holidays there is a three-night minimum. We make exceptions, however, depending on availability.
    • We accommodate children twelve and older in all accommodation and younger children in cottages and guesthouses.
    • Guests may smoke only on outdoor porches and verandas.
    • We do not accept pets.
    • Cancellations: For a single room, notification of cancellation must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival unless some other period is specified in writing. For multiple-room reservations, a one month notification of cancellation is required.
    • Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Deposits are forfeited when notification of cancellation is not timely (see above).
