    The scenic Inn at Walking Horse Farm offers guests a unique rest on its forty acre property. Within a short distance of Franklin and Nashville, you’ll discover the peace and tranquility of our B&B and access to some of the best sights Tennessee has to offer.

    Each morning at the Inn at Walking Horse, watch the sunrise over horses in pasture and enjoy a specialty breakfast you won’t easily forget. Gathering honey from our own bees and eggs from our own chickens, you’ll experience unmatched freshness and quality from a meal that is truly homemade with true Southern hospitality. Relax from one of four private rooms and cherish the serenity of the countryside from the upstairs porch or large back patios.

    The farm is a quick drive to the Music City and close to I-65. Visitors can enjoy the illustrious sights and sounds of the area, experience the lush history of Country Music, walk the grounds of Civil War battlefields, and maybe catch a Titans or Predators game. Especially for large celebrations, like the CMA awards, the Inn at Walking Horse offers guests a quiet and peaceful place to rest after a busy night of celebration. Leiper’s Fork and Bell Buckle communities are also nearby and offer more outings to enjoy on your stay.

    The Inn at Walking Horse Farm is a two story country plantation home on a scenic 40 acre horse farm with easy access to Franklin and Nashville close to I-65. Enjoy watching the horses in the pasture, great conversations around a delicious breakfast, or take your morning coffee out on the double porches to relax or read. Franklin (6 miles away) is a beautiful historic town with unique shops along main street. The Heritage Foundation offers many events such as Dickens Christmas, Candlelight Home Tours, Pumpkin Fest, Arts down Main Street, and Franklin on the Fourth throughout the year. Antique shops are in abundance just a few blocks from Main Street.

    Many guests say Dwight's breakfast are "the best." He robs his own bees for honey, and our chickens lay the freshest eggs. Leiper's Fork and Bell Buckle communities are fun outings for the day or enjoy a ride along The Natchez Trace. Take a picnic basket to Arrington Vineyards, owned by Kix Brooks of Brooks & Dunn.
