- Rates per night are $350 - $475 double occupancy, self catered breakfast included.
- "The Grocery Bag Breakfast" includes all the traditional breakfast ingredients left fresh for you in your refrigerator, to prepare for yourselves at your leisure.
- Children over the age of 1 year, $20 per night
- Weekly rate $1650 - Guest use of kitchen with basic provisions included. Laundry facilities available upon request.
- Monthly $3500 - Guest use of kitchen with basic provisions included. Laundry facilities available upon request.
- A non-refundable deposit of one-night's rate is secured at time of reservation.
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations within the 14 days prior to arrival are non refundable.
- For extended stays and peak periods, full payment in advance may be required.
- Special Event Rates and Commercial Use Fee Structures are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Quotes available upon request.
