This spacious, lovely 1800's Bed and Breakfast is snuggled in East Tennessee's Beautiful Northern Mountains next to our wonderful year round creek, fed from a spring inside a mountain cave across the street. That still moves our Fitz Water wheel, once ran by Chief Black fox and Daniel Boones brother and families for over 100 years before moved here in the 40's! Newly remodeled, large, comfortable, seven (7) unique guest rooms, each with its own private bath, help make it the perfect places for Romance, Relaxation, Family, and Adventure.

The Olde Mill Inn Bed and Breakfast is about 60 minutes north of Knoxville on Hwy 33. Next to Kentucky, right outside of Lincoln Memorial University's (LMU) new Osteopathic Medical School in Harrogate, TN. We are just a short drive down from Lexington KY.

We have it all, Nature, Shopping, Unique places to visit...like the Gap Cave, just reopened...The Pinnacle overlook ~ a very romantic spot...Our waterfalls right outside our doors ~ even more romantic!...and so much more. That's right we are re-opening the Mill after being closed for over 70 years, for grinding corn, wheat and custom work. Check out our new updated website for updates on the project..We will be open for grinding Friday, Sat. and Sunday. We will have a variety of Corn Meal, Real Grits, Pancake Mix and flours available for you to purchase.

• Exclusive use of the Inn grounds and facilities for 2 hours.

• Get married on the bridge or in front of the Mill wheel*

• Catering consulting for all events (Food additional at a per-person charge) Fine ~ BBQ ~ Finger Food.

• Use of facility for buffet-style reception for up to 20* people.
  (Chairs, tables, linens, glassware and flatware provided). 

• Site use for engagement photography and wedding portraits

• Professional staff to keep things moving smoothly.

• licensed bartenders* ($30/hr. for reception based on 4-hr. minimum including set-up and breakdown) ~ YOU must supply Alcohol.

• 2 of our Logo Mugs for the wedding couple.
