The Arrington Luxury Suite
The Arrington features a large sitting area, a king size bed, two TVs and a main floor private entrance. The new designer tiled bathroom, double Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with the popular “rain shower" head makes The Arrington one of our guests' favorite requests.
The Brentwood Luxury Suite
This suite features a large second floor deck overlooking the back lawn and hillside. Common sightings of deer and flocks of robins, cardinals, bluebirds, and blue Jays. Knowledgeable birdwatchers claim sightings of many other species. The heart shaped double Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, beautiful Kings Ransom headboard and matching armoire, and Grandmother’s antique fainting couch contribute to the overall ambiencend floor deck overlooking the back lawn and hillside. The Franklin Luxury Suite
The Franklin features a Queen Lincolnesque antique ten piece bedroom suite that has been in the family more than 140 years. On cool winter nights, couples enjoy the sitting area with corner fireplace. In addition to the fireplace, there is a new designer tiled bathroom, double layout Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. There is a private deck for those spring and fall summer evenings. This suite is located on the main floor and away from all other accommodations.
The Nashville
Our Nashville room features a king bed and a generous size room overlooking the front gardens, lawn and stream. Private bath with shower.
The Hermitage
The Hermitage features a queen bed with individual controls for bed firmness. This room looks over the hillside and the attendant wildlife. Private bath with shower.
The Belle Meade
The Belle Meade has a king bed overlooking the quiet hillside. Private bath with shower. This room may convert to two single beds.

Policies
- Reservations may be made online or calling the Inn.
- When making a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay, plus the sales and occupancy tax (total of 13.25%).
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Children under the age of 12, pets, and smoking can not be accommodated.
- Cancelling a Reservation:
- If you cancel 22 days or more from the date of your reservation, a handling fee of 10% or $50 dollars (whichever is greater) will be charged against your deposit.
- If cancellation occurs 21 days or less before the date of your reservation, no refund will be made unless the entire length of your stay is rebooked. If the entire length of your stay is rebooked a refund of your deposit will be made less the handling fee of 10% or $50 (whichever is greater).
