COWBOY CABIN

An historic location on the ranch. The Cowboy Cabin used to be a storage shed back in the old days. We've renovated it into a cozy, simple abode for familes or couples looking for a privacy and remote access to the ranch. It's our largest cabin that will sleep 6 people in 2 queens and a set of bunk beds.The floorplan is open allowing for the entire family to be together. The cabin has AC/heat, kitchenette with dining table, BBQ, full bathroom and laundry.

$155 per night for 4 guests (includes breakfast)

Tree House Cabin

Built in 2010, The Tree House cabin sleeps 4 people in 2 queens. This cabin has AC/heat, full bathroom, desk, small fridge and microwave. The cabin has a small patio with a view of a ranch pasture. (Located next to the Cowboy Cabin)

Hamm Homestead 1880 Cabin

For our adventerous and hearty guests, consider camping out in our original, 1880 Hamm Homestead cabin and truly experience what life was like on the prairie back in the 1880's. The homestead is an original building that sits on the edge of the White River, over 1-mile from any other building on the ranch. The views of the river valley and hay pastures are a step out the front door. The cabin has a screened in porch with a rocking bench, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun set. It's the BEST place on the ranch to escape modern life and truly experience South Dakota history.  The cabin can sleep 4 people in 2 full beds.

Please know this cabin is an original homestead built in 1880, it does not have running water or electricity. You may pump fresh water from the hand pump in the kitchen and use a wooden outhouse in the yard. It's like camping but with a bed and a roof.

Cabin is available with or without bedding. Breakfast option available.

$70 per night for 4 guests (without bedding)

$50 per night for 2 guests (without bedding)

 

*Full ranch breakfast option available at the main B&B for an additonal $8 per adult or $6 per child 12 and under.

    We do offer shoulder and off-season rates along with group rates (3 or more rooms).
    We offer a discount for extended stays (4 or more nights). Please call to inquire.

  • Policies

    Policies

    • Rates are estimates and are subject to change based on season and availability. We try to cater to a variety of guests' needs and put together a total package, especially for extended stays or for groups of two or more rooms. These rates include a full ranch breakfast served at 7:30am each day.
    • Check in time is from 3-9pm, Mountain Time. Check out is 10:30am. Please, no early check ins.
    • Reservations are confirmed with a Visa, MC or Discover card. No charge is made to the card when reservations are made.
    • There is a $30 per room cancellation fee imposed on ALL cancelled reservations regardless of cancellation date. Please give us 30 days notice of cancellation and no other charge will be made to your credit card number besides the $30. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
    • No refunds are given for early check outs. Please book only what you intend to stay.
    • No-shows are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
    • For the comfort of all our guests, Circle View Ranch is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in the house will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
    • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guest pets inside the B&B. (However, well behaved pets may stay with you in the Cowboy Cabin for a $10 per animal per night charge). We do have a dog and a cat that live outside. If you should you feel the need of canine companionship, Hank, our gentle (and world-famous) Border Collie, will be happy to be your surrogate pet as well as provide ranch tours for you and Cowboy kitty would love to snuggle with you and enjoy the view from the patio!
    • For the consideration of other guests, please refrain from cell phone use at breakfast and in the house common areas.
