Queen Anne's Lace 
Indulge yourself and stay in our most elegant room. When you step inside, you will first notice the beautifully appointed queen bed. Queen Anne's Lace is a favorite of couples celebrating special occasions or those who wish to spoil themselves. After a day of sightseeing, sit back in the jetted spa tub with fragrant oils provided for you and perhaps even sip on a glass of wine. Meadowsage 
Decorated in aqua and chocolate brown, enjoy the touch of elegance the Meadowsage offers. After spending the day exploring the Black Hills, submerge yourself in the jetted spa tub and enjoy the aromatic oils we provide you. Then enjoy a restful night's sleep in the queen sized poster bed. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite DVDs. This room is downstairs.  $105 - $135
 

Blazing Star 
Make the Blazing Star your "home away from home" while visiting the Black Hills. There is a queen bed, table and chairs and the room is decorated with nature and wildlife in mind. A jetted spa tub awaits you after a long day of exploring the area. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite DVDs. This room is downstairs. $105 - $135

Windflower 
Imagine an English country garden when entering the charming Windflower. This bright and cheery room has a lovely queen bed sitting under a vaulted ceiling and wonderful antique dresser. A small writing table sits in a windowed alcove where you can look into the hills. Standard tub/shower combination. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite DVDs. This room is upstairs.  $105 - $135

Prairie Star 
Skylights illuminate our only room with two full beds covered with charming white and green star quilts. Also included is a table and chairs, great for playing games on. This homey room is especially perfect for girlfriend getaways or friends traveling together. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite DVDs. This room is upstairs and has a standard tub/shower.  $105 - $135

 
Wild Rose 
Walk into this oversized airy room and step back into the romantic Victorian era -- but with modern conveniences. You will be surrounded by beautiful roses in shades of pinks, creamy beiges and soft greens. The Wild Rose has a queen sized sleigh bed and also a daybed, perfect for friends traveling together or a couple with a child. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite movies! This room is next to the Rose of Sharon and these two rooms are separate from the main B&B area.  $105 - $135

Rose of Sharon 
If you like a bit of a "Victorian" flair to your room, you will be comfy in the Rose of Sharon. This room has a queen bed and a daybed, perfect for a couple with one child or friends traveling together. Enjoy reading a book or watching TV from the charming loveseat. In the corner sits an antique dresser and mirror. There is a standard tub/shower combination. All rooms have a loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite movies! This room is next to the Wild Rose and these two rooms are separate from the main B&B area. $105 - $120
 

Pasqueflower 
The Pasqueflower was named for South Dakota's state flower. This little "hideaway" has a pitched ceiling that adds to the coziness of the room. Curl up on the over-stuffed loveseat to read a book or watch a movie All rooms have loveseat, heat/air controls and flatscreen TV/DVD combo so bring your favorite movies. This is an upstairs room. $105 - $125

Policies & Discounts

• Check in 3 - 6 pm.  Early arrivals can be prearranged, just let me know so your room is done first and I am sure to be here to check you in.  If you plan to arrive late, let me know so I don’t release your room to a weary traveler!   
• Check out 11:00 am.
• Please, no pets! Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for guests to bring them. I now charge an additional $150 a night for animals that are smuggled in. You may see a few cats on the property, please don't let them in either!
• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Many B&Bs do not allow smoking on the property; however, it is allowed ONLY if away from other guests, open windows, rooms and breakfast area. There is an additional $150 daily charge for smoke in the rooms.
• Payment due upon arrival and check in.
• Although I rarely have a 3rd person in the room, the rate is $15 more.
• 2 night minimum, May - September although if I have availability, I will do last minute 1-night stays.
• Rates do not include tax - it's 5.5% here.
• Payment by cash or credit card (Visa and MC only).
• Checks are accepted ONLY if they are received 2 weeks before arrival.
• Cancellation fee of $25 applied if cancelled less than 2 weeks.
• Full room rate is charged for cancellations within 48 hours or failure to cancel.
• Children – A Sweetgrass we have a unique set up that will allow a family to enjoy the B&B experience while assuring others guests the serenity they came for.  In a separate building from where the other 6 rooms are, I have 2 rooms, Rose of Sharon and Wild Rose and each has a twin sized daybed in addition to a queen bed.  I will place a couple with one child in each room.  EXCEPTION:  In the event a group wishes to rent the entire bed and breakfast for a reunion, children can be placed in any of the rooms!
