    • Cancellations: A $25 administrative fee applies to all cancellations
    • No other charges apply for cancellations received 14 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice the full room rate for all nights reserved applies unless we are able to rebook the suite. Major holidays & events (Bike week, Buffalo Roundup) require a 21-day cancellation notice. If no cancellation notice is received the full amount of the stay is charged.
