Mountains To Prairies Bed and Breakfast
- Special 1 - (Two to Four Nights) The first two nights are at the regular nightly rate. Third and fourth nights are each $10 less than the regular nightly rate.
- Special 2 - (Five Nights or more) The first two nights are at the regular nightly rate. Third night is $10 less than the regular nightly rate. Fourth night is $15 less than the regular nightly rate, after which the rate of the fourth night then continues. EXAMPLE: Peak Season regular nightly rate of Prairie Homestead is $125. Therefore, in Special 2, the first night is $125; and successive nights are $125, $115, $110, $110, $110 and so on. The AVERAGE nightly rate continues to decrease the longer you linger.
This special offers more of a discount the longer you linger. To secure your preferred dates, we recommend that you plan as far in ADVANCE as comfortably possible.
The following are not included for the above Double Special: Off Season, Major Holidays, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and any other Discounts or Specials. Please visit our website Dates, Rates & More page for complete details and exceptions.
Off Season Breakaway
- Short Breakaway - (This is for a stay of 2 nights) - The first night is at the Off Season regular nightly rate and the second night is $5 less than the first night.
- Extended Breakaway - (This is for a stay of 3 or more nights) - For ALL nights, 5% is deducted from the Off Season regular nightly rate.
Mountains To Prairies Bed and Breakfast encourages you to break away for a time of rejuvenation during the designated Off Season, which is November 16 through March 31. As with the Double Special, you are encouraged to linger longer. In the Heart of the Hills, choose the unique beauty that pleases you most...during the time of year when these mountains are least flocked with visitors. We love hiking the nearby Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road when closed to vehicle traffic, an experience to relish always!
