    Guest Rate: $165 per night double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $20 per night per additional guest. The Cottage is ideally suited for 2 adults; however, the Cottage can accommodate 2 additional persons on the queen sofa bed in the separate living room.

    Reservation Policy
    The Cottage accomodates two persons luxuriously. The small size of our bed and breakfast makes reservations necessary. There is a 2 night minimum for stays which include a Friday or Saturday night. Occasionally a single Friday or Saturday night may be available if guests who are staying several days arrive or depart on a Saturday. Single weekend nights may also become available one week in advance of the desired date. A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of one night's room charge received within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations may be held by personal check or major credit card. Deposits less a 10% fee are refundable with 2 weeks advance notice of the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks advance notice will be made if the Cottage is able to be rented for the cancelled dates.
