After spending over 30 years in the Marine Corps and living all over the world, Roy and Frances finally found a permanent home in Simpsonville, SC where they own and operate the Garden House Bed and Breakfast.
The house was built in 1905 and started out as a one story cottage, but after lots of additions and renovations it is now three stories,and completely up to date with 5 guest rooms, library/conference room, great room, parlor and dining room.

It is conveniently located on South Main Street in Simpsonville just 1 miles from I-385, with easy access to downtown Greenville, Interstate 85 Greenville/Spartanburg Airport and Interestate 26. Shopping and dining in Simpsonville are close by.
The Garden House has 5 guest rooms. Each room has a private bathroom, cable tv with dvd/vcr player, bathrobes, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer Free secure wireless internet is available throughout the house.

The Garden House has five guest rooms furnished with your comfort in mind. Rates range from $99 to $159. Ask about Corporate and senior rates. Enjoy Simpsonville's small town feel with nearby shopping and dining, or take advantage of Greenville's vibrant restaurant, entertainment and business districts .Main Street in Greenville and the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport are only 20 minutes away.
Greenville has many fine restaurants, a thriving downtown area with a waterfall and park, The Peace Center, The Bi Lo Center, The TD Expo Center, Bob Jones University, Furman University The Upstate History Museum, Children's Museum, Bob Jones Art Gallery, and Greenville Art Museum. Clemson University and Presbyterian College are not far away. Many fine golf courses are close by and the Garden House can arrange tee times.
Scenic mountains are a short drive from Simpsonville. You can hike, picnic, or view the autumn leaves. Roy thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail Georgia to Maine in 2000.
