• Check-out Time: 11 am. (Late departure requires prior approval.)
• Breakfast Time: variable, based upon guest preferences.
• Payment upon check-in by: Visa; MasterCard; Discover; Cash (discount may be applied). Reservation confirmation requires valid credit card or cash deposit. Sorry, No Personal Checks.
• Cancellations require at least 48-hours. (7-days notice required for holidays and special events.)
• Rates are subject to change until confirmation of reservation.
• Children under 12 years of age stay free.
• Pets are permitted (WITH INNKEEPERS’ APPROVAL) in cottages and outdoors only. $20 Pet Fee. Dogs must be on leashes while outdoors. Pets must be caged if left alone in cottage. Pet owner accepts all responsibility for damages. Innkeepers reserve the right to require pet owner to leave the property if pet presents any sort of danger or if damages occur.

Pets are allowed in the cottages only, with permission, and a $20 additional cost.
Pets must be on a leash on the grounds. When guests leave, pets must go with them or
be in a cage in the cottage, not left uncaged in the cottage. Visiting pets must be recently bathed, up-to-date with vaccinations, and currently on a flea regimen.
