    Policies

    • Some weeks require minimum stay, call for details.
    • Smoking is allowed outside only
    • We cannot accommodate guest pets
    • Children are welcome
    • Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure all reservations. A valid credit card number must be provided and a deposit of 50% of the total stay will be charged to secure reservations.
    • Check in time is 3 - 9 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
    • Cancellations:
      • Cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival: Deposit refunded in full, less $65 rebooking fee.
      • Cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total remaining reservation cost, + $65 rebooking fee
      • Cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival: Charged in full for the entire reservation (no rebooking fee charged)
      • If rooms are re-booked, you will be refunded, less a booking fee.
