Kilburnie, the Inn at Craig Farm

This inviting attic suite, with its spacious sleeping quarters with loveseat and separate fireside sitting area, is ideal for romantic get-a-ways. Many call it the "honeymoon suite." These quarters feature exposed original overhead beams bearing carved roman numerals to indicate their placement, and offers spectacular views of Kilburnie's surroundings.

The furnishings include a circa 1860 chest of drawers, two snug wing chairs opposite the gas log fireplace, a circa 1840 heart-pine mantle, a comfortable four-post queen-size bed, and an upholstered daybed. The art collection in this suite includes old prints and South Carolina maps and a "chromo graph" of a pioneer scene. The luxurious bathroom features a pedestal sink, a large hydro therapy whirlpool bath, and an enclosed shower. Guests lodging in this room are encouraged to relax and enjoy the view of Craig Farm and historic Craig House from the comfortable rocking chairs on Kilburnie's second story front porch.
