- Rates are based on double occupancy.

- Rates include taxes, parking, a full breakfast, high speed wireless internet access and snacks.
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of reservation.
- A four day cancellation notice is required to avoid payment of a one night’s stay.
- Two night minimum stay on weekends during September, October, and November.
- Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please call for earlier or later arrivals!
- Check-Out time: 11:00 AM
- Children eight and over are welcome: they are counted as one of the two guests per room.
- Unfortunately, we can not accept pets.
- We are a smoke free B&B with no smoking allowed in the house. (Violations will incur a cleaning fee.) Smoking is permitted in the outside garden area.
