     Nautical is the theme for this queen room overlooking the harbor. Private bath with shower and whirlpool tub. 2 Night Minimum.

     

    The Patriot Room

     Our most spacious room offers a sunny view of the harbor with its sailboats, seagulls and pelicans. Large private bath with shower and over-sized whirlpool bath. 2 Night Minimum.

    Policies
    • Check-in: Scheduled by appointment only on the reservation request. Since we are a small inn, we kindly ask you to observe this request.
    • Early/late arrivals: If circumstances cause your scheduled arrival time to change, please call 1-843-546-6532 to work out the details with the hostess.
    • Deposit: To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit equal to one half of the total bill for your stay made by cash, check or credit card. The balance will be due upon arrival.
    • Smoking: The interior of Harbor House is smoke-free. However, smoking is permitted on the porches in designated areas.
    • Cancellations: Because Harbor House is a small luxury inn, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. Please notify us immediately if a cancellation becomes necessary. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the reserved date are eligible for refund of the deposit less a $35 service charge. Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days before the reserved date. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. You will be charged for all dates reserved, so please confirm dates carefully.
    • Children: Guests at Harbor House must be 18 or older.
    • Pets: Sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets.
    • Dockage: Boat dockage is not available at Harbor House. For dockage reservations please contact The Boat Shed (1-843-546-4415), Hazzard Marine (1-843-527-3625) or Harborwalk Marina (1-843-546-4250).
