Policies:

• We have a totally NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT. We do not allow smoking at all, anywhere on the premises, and that includes the garden, porches, and driveway.
• No pets
• No children under 12
• Check-in 2 p.m.; Check-out 11 a.m.
• Although this is a ground floor apartment, several level changes and steps make this unsuitable for handicapped or disabled persons.

Rates & Reservation Information:

• Rates: NOTE: The apartment is rented as a single unit only and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Cots are not available for any additional guests.
  • $250 per night, plus 4% accommodations tax for apartment, using 1 bedroom
  • $400 per night, plus 4% accommodations tax for apartment, using 2 bedrooms
• Rates are subject to change during high season (festival of houses and gardens, Spoleto, Cooper River bridge run, Wildlife Expo).
• $15 cancellation fee.
• A cancellation in low season seven days prior to arrival will result in the loss of a 1 night deposit.
• A cancellation in high season 14 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of a 2 night deposit.
• One night stays will have an additional $25 surcharge.
• Advance reservations are requested.
• Only personal checks, travelers checks, and cash accepted. Sorry, NO credit cards.
