The Belle View Inn, circa 1900, is a Grand Victorian Inn located in downtown Newport, directly across from the grass courts at Newport's Tennis Hall of Fame and within a short walk to the Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach. We have restored this beautiful property to reflect the elegance and style of Newport's opulent past while maintaining an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

The Innkeepers at The Belle View Inn have enjoyed welcoming and getting to know guests from all over the world. Tony especially, being a native of Newport, enjoys sharing his stories and history of the area.

Attention Bird Watchers ...
Birdwatchers and all of our guests enjoy watching the comings and goings of our resident Osprey nest. The Osprey couple, which is believed to mate for life, has returned to their Newport nest each year to give birth to two or three chicks. Ours is one of the few Osprey nests in Newport so it is a rare and special event to experience.
