    All accommodations at our Newport RI bed and breakfast lodging are newly decorated and feature cable TV, VCR, CD player, direct-dial telephone, free local calls, free wireless internet access, central air-conditioning, comfortable bath robes, private bathrooms with signature bath amenities, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Some with a private fireplace.

    Our Newport Rhode Island lodging rates are quoted per single or double occupancy and are subject to 13% Tax. Weekend stays require a 2 Night Minimum year round (3 Nights minimum during select Holiday and Special Event Weekends)

    Policies

    • Rates subject to change without notice.
    • Room Rates listed are quoted per night.
    • Weekend rates apply Friday and Saturday Night as well as Holiday/Festival Sundays. Reduced Mid-week rates available.
    • A two-night minimum stay is required during all weekends throughout the year; A three-night minimum is required on Holiday and Special Event/Festival weekends.
    • Room Rates are subject to 13% Tax and are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges (in our Burgundy Suite) are $50.00 per person per night. All rates subject to change without notice.
    • Check-in time is between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Check-out time by 11:00 am
    • Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a one-night deposit (including tax) or 50% of total due for bookings longer then 2 nights. Balance due upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash, traveler's check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
    • We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13. No pets please. No smoking in the Inn.
    • Off-street parking is provided, one car per room.
    • CANCELLATION POLICIES:
    • Deposit refunds - less a $25 processing fee - will be issued if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival.
    • If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the amount of the deposit - less our $25 processing fee - will be issued (Valid for one year) only if we are able to rebook the room.
    • No refunds for early departures: If guests depart prior to their scheduled departure date, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. No refund issued.
    • Full penalty for No-Shows: If guests do not show up at the Inn on the day of arrival, the full stay will be charged to the credit card and no refunds or gift certificates will be issued.
