Overlook Mansion Bed & Breakfast

•Rates are $149- $179 and include a complimentary breakfast delivered to your room.
•In Room massages can be added to your stay. $80 for 1 hour per person.
•Check-in time begins at 3pm, other arrangements can be made with prior notice.
•Check out time is 10:30 am. There is a $25 fee for late check-out up to 12 noon. After 12 noon you will incur another night stay charge.
•A 50% deposit is required prior to check-in. Reservation are held with a valid VISA or MasterCard. If you do not have a charge card you can make arrangements with the innkeeper to mail your deposit.

•Cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel please do so 14 days prior to your stay. If you do not cancel 14 days prior to your stay you will incur the charges for your entire reservation. If you cancel and we can rebook your room you will receive you deposit back less a $20 booking fee. No cancellation policy on Special event weekends. Due to high demand for rooms in our area on special event weekends we regret that cancellations will not be accepted on Air show weekends, Folk festival, Reading Fair, weekend, Antique extravaganza weekends and Maple Grove raceway weekends, etc. Please check the calendar of events at www.readingberkspa.com.
