    From the moment you arrive at the Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast, you enter a world of yesterday's craftsmanship and service, complemented by today's amenities. Our side-by-side mansions, built in the early Victorian Age, have withstood the test of time. First designed as private homes, these historical properties have since served as a stagecoach tavern, professional offices, a primary school, and now a distinctive bed and breakfast.

    Well-Appointed Library

    Grape Arbor Bed & Breakfast is available to host your small event-shower, luncheon or party. Our elegant ambiance provides a unique experience for your guests.

    Relax with a glass of local wine in the well-appointed library which was once a stagecoach tavern in the late 1800's. The cozy room is now adorned with a fireplace, an eclectic book collection, TV and VHS player, games and videotapes. There is always a table with a jigsaw puzzle begging to be finished, and room for board or card games. The Parlor has a comfortable conversation area perfect for socializing with other guests or enjoying daily hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy breakfast in the elegant dining room or on the light and airy sun porch with a full view of the surrounding gardens.

    Directions:
    The Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast is located fifteen miles east of Erie on Interstate 90. We are within easy driving distance of four major cities: Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. From I-90 take exit 41 (Route 89), following signs directing you to North East. You will reach downtown North East in two miles. Turn right at the intersection of Route 89 and Route 20. Grape Arbor Bed & Breakfast is located one and a half blocks on the right on Route 20. Driveway is between the two brick buildings, with ample parking in the rear of the houses.
