    Chestnut Hall is embodied in Victorian style at its finest. Preserved woodwork, wooden inlaid floors and a chestnut square box staircase will lead you to your private room on the second floor.

    New Oxford is known as "The Antique Capital of Central Pennsylvania and is also a central point for touring Gettysburg, Hanover, York and Carlisle. Lancaster County is also an easy drive east on Route 30.

    Breakfast

     

     

     

    Chestnut Hall Bed and Breakfast features three bedrooms with private baths and a 2-room suite. Breakfast is served in the formal Dining Room with house specialties including Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles, Breakfast Pie, Baked Oatmeal and occasionally in the afternoon, homemade Sweet Potato Biscuits.

    The Lady's Parlor offers a warm feeling of old time charm and features a restored Victrola and an Estee Pump Organ. The best spot for relaxing might be in the Gentleman's Drawing Room and Main Parlor with plenty of room to spread out for games or reading.
