Located on the second floor, this room was the former family matriarch's suite. Be sure to see all of the built-in closets and drawers, and see if you can find the secret compartment for hiding your valuables! The large bathroom has both a soaking tub
and a stall shower.

The Connard Room
The Connard Room can accommodate a third and/or fourth person for an additional charge. The sleigh bed and additional seating are perfect compliments to the warmth of this room. You may never want to leave! The bathroom has a large stall shower.

The Hartley Room
The purple room is also on the second floor. It has a great 50's style tile bathroom with a shower stall!

The Corners Room
Bright and airy, this room is at the end of the second floor hallway with windows on three sides of the building. A great view from any angle, and a very large bathroom with a large stall shower!

The Rowland Room
This blue room on the second floor has a "tin" ceiling and toile wallpaper. One wall is covered with a collection of small mirrors! The bathroom has a tub with a shower.

The Scarborough Room
At the top of the steps on the third floor, this suite is fit for a king or queen! Since there are only two rooms on the third floor,the Scarborough and Connard rooms are great for two couples traveling together. Just watch your head as you climb the stairs! This bathroom has a tub with a shower.This room has a double sofa bed, so we can accomodate up to four guests.

Policies
- Most Saturday night stays require a two-night minimum. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights.
- Rates are per room, per night, two persons maximum, and are subject to change without notice.
- 9% sales and occupancy taxes not included.
- Required 2-night minimum with Saturday stay. Exceptions may be available.
- There is a surcharge of $25 plus tax, per room for one-night weekend reservations when they are available.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
- A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card to hold reservations. The deposit, minus a $25 service charge, will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled in writing at least one week prior to the start of your scheduled stay; two weeks for holiday weekends.
- "No-shows" and cancellations with less than a weeks notice (two weeks for holiday weekends) are charged for the entire reserved stay.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.
- So our guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of The Lexington House, we do not allow children under 13 or pets.
- Check-in time 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
- We have three Queen Rooms and three Deluxe Rooms, each with its own bath.
- The Connard and Scarborough Rooms can each accommodate up to 4 people. There is an extra charge of $50 per night per person for more than two guests in a room.
