Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be on a leash at all times in the public areas. Please do not leave dogs that bark or scratch alone in your guest room. There will be a $10 per night extra fee.

We accept well behaved children of all ages. However, we do not have a crib available.

- Turn left onto Market Street.
- We are on the corner of Market Street & Rte 441.
- Please note when coming from Route 30 turn Left onto Market Street.
- When coming from Route 441 turn Right onto Market Street.
- The Inn is on the Northwest corner of Market Street and Route 441.

The B.F. Hiestand House Victorian Bed & Breakfast is an elegant High Queen Anne style Victorian home conveniently located in the Historic, Lancaster County Rivertowne of Marietta along the Susquehanna River. From this location it is a short trip to Hershey, Historic Lancaster City, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, Lancaster Wineries, Outlets, the Historic Rivertownes of Marietta, Columbia and Wrightsville, and many other local attractions and sights. We are also conveniently located to York and Harrisburg. Please ask us for specific suggestions. Maybe you are interested in a quiet couple of days away from the rush and noise of everyday living, this Lancaster County Bed and Breakfast is the place for that also.
Voted by inngoers in Arrington's 2004 Book of Lists as one of the Top 15 B&B's/Inns in North America, in the "Best Customer Service" category.The gracious Inn was designed by local architect C. Emlen Urban, and built in 1887 as the home of B. Frank Hiestand, a well-known lumber mill owner. Three generations of Hiestands lived in and lovingly cared for the home over a period of 102 years.
