Floral Border - Whether you're a "boarder" or a guest, you will be enchanted in this room with a white iron king bed. White wicker furnishings mixed with antiques and a full bath featuring a claw foot tub/shower combination and antique dry sink.
Campbell Suite - Get away from it all in this spacious suite with a queen sleigh bed, sitting room with fireplace, dressing room and a private bath with a slipper claw foot bath on a carpeted riser, walk-in shower and dressing table.
Main Stay - This romantic, Victorian flavored guest room features a Queen Canopy Bed, relax on your love sofa, sit at the table to write in your journal. Tricia's Inspiration your  private bath features a claw foot tub/shower, tank toilet, and dresser sink await you.
Painted Ladies - Lace adorns a white iron four poster queen bed. Relax on an overstuffed sofa, sit at the antique wicker table while enjoying a drink or writing in the guest journal. Your private bath has a walk-in shower. These "Painted Ladies" provide an interesting view of entertaining as it used to be.
Dolcetto Suite - You will think you are in the Piedmont Region of Northern Italy where Dolcetto Wine is made from Barbera Grapes when you stay in this 3 room suite. Among the grapes there is a luxurious king mattress on an ornate wooden bed frame. Relax in the Sala on a comfortable Futon (sleeps one or two additional guests) while you enjoy television, music, reading or chatting. Enjoy snacking and breakfast at the marble bistro table in your cucina (kitchen). Your private bath includes a tradional tub/shower combination
Campbell Salon - a first floor guest room with a sleigh bed...which can be made into two singles (3 night stay required)..relax in your recliner oroccasional chair.. Your private bathroom has a walk in shower with a unique sink and other amenities.

• Deposit Required:
  • A credit card deposit of 50% of stay is required at the time the reservation is made..
  • Full payment is required when reservation is made within 7 days of check-in.
  •  Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express cards accepted
• Cancellation Policy:
  • (Policy differs for Holidays, Local Special Events & Extended Stay): Note: There is a  Service Fee Imposed on all cancellations per room booked.
  • Cancelled/Date Modification 72 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less a Service fee of $20.00.
  •  Cancellation/Date Modification less than 72 Hours:  A total of the cancellation fee along with 1/2 stay will be forfeited with the balance credited on a gift car.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NO-SHOWS OR EARLY ​CHECKOUTS.
