- A reservation deposit is required.
- One of the following may be used to confirm your reservations: Cash, Check, MAC, Visa, MasterCard, or Traveler's Checks.
- Check In: 4 - 10 PM via main entrance at the front of the home
- Full Country Breakfast: 8:30 AM
- Check Out: 11 AM
- Cancellation Information: At the Berry Patch we aim to provide the best service to our guests. While we would like to be able to accept cancellations at any time, it's not always possible. We will gladly process any cancellation (acknowledged by us) in a minimum of 14 days before check in date. There is a $25 fee to process any cancellation. If advanced cancellation is not possible, we will attempt to rebook your reserved room; however if it is not rebooked -- you will be charged for the full amount of your guaranteed stay (each day reserved). If it is rebooked, you will still be charge at $25 cancellation fee. No shows/early departures will be charged full amount.
- Weekend bookings may require a two-night minimum
- Most holiday weekends require a three-night minimum
- Deposit of 50% of your total stay, or minimum of one night is required to secure your reservation
- Your credit card information is taken at the time of reservation and will follow with conformation sent by email, or you may pay by sending a deposit check
- Smoking: for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside. There is a designated smoking area outside
- No Children Under the Age of 12 in the Main Lodge
