All guest rooms have a TV with a DVD player, cable TV, iron and ironing board, clock radio, hair dryer, and our luxurious King's Cottage bathrobes. The main building has central air conditioning and radiator heat, as well as Free Wireless High Speed Internet (WIFI). The Carriage House has individual climate control.

Contessa Room
Secluded elegance with outside entrance from a private porch overlooking the herb garden. All new as of Feb 13th! This cozy room features a contemporary black/silver/grey decor, queen bed with high gloss black and silver headboard and night stand, cherry secretary with bookcase top, 2 zebra print upholstered chairs, & free standing all seasons fireplace. The ensuite bathroom has an antique marble sink and low sided tub with shower (easy to step in and out of for guests with mobility concerns). This is a bright & secluded room with a private balcony overlooking the Koi pond. Lovely wrap around windows offer views of the garden and Koi pond during the day while light-blocking shades add privacy at night. An all season fireplace keeps this room toasty warm and inviting in the winter and adds ambiance during the warmer months. Our spacious second floor room features a romantic gas fireplace (operational October 1 to April 30), stained glass windows in both bedroom & separate non-shared bathroom, King brass bed, antique walnut wardrobe, & antique pedestal table. A large bath for your exclusive use is located across the hall, just a few steps from the room, contains an original six-foot antique cast iron soaking tub (great for tall guests to stretch out and relax!), walk-in shower, pedestal sink, vanity table, and lighted makeup mirror. 2nd Floor Room. $175 - $205 | Maximum Occupancy 3 ($40/night for third person)

Duke Room
This charming room has a unique beamed ceiling, and an antique armoire with beveled glass mirrors and mother of pearl inlays. The plush fiber bed topped King bed can be converted into two twin beds with advance notice. A lovely gas fireplace (operational October 1 to April 30) gives warmth & ambiance to this bedroom. The Duke room's bath is located a few steps down the hall and is not shared with any other room. The bathroom features an original antique deep cast iron pedestal tub with shower - wonderful for bubble baths! 2nd Floor Room. $160 - $185 | Maximum Occupancy 2
