Lehigh
The cool accent tones of green and the warmth of chocolate brown add to the calming effect this room presents to your senses as you enter your home away from home. The largest of the four rooms, it may be furnished as either a King or two twin beds. Included is an ensuite private bath and bathrobes. Two comfortable chairs are the finishing touches.
Mauch Chunk
This room with a front view of Broadway, features a dark mahogany four-poster queen bed and the stool needed to climb in for a restful sleep. The rich tone of the golden colored wallpaper wraps around you and draws you into the room. A rubbing from a tombstone in England detailing the marriage vows of two people in love, (a gift from a long-time friend), is hung over the bed. This room also offers a large ensuite private bath with tub/shower combination.
Molly McGuire
Guests constantly say this is one of the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in! Perhaps the down comforter and feather topper are the reason! An antique rocker is just the perfect place for catching up on that book that has been eluding you. If you didn’t bring one of your own, take one from the selection in the room. The antique dresser is the jewel of this room, which offers a private bath with a tub/shower combination. This is the most recently updated room, done in a light gray with off white accents and a touch of red just for color. Don’t worry, the bed has remained the same!
Switchback
The soft green fabric walls help set the tone and help to make it the coziest of all. The colors - shades of green, pink and white - were chosen to showcase an English country garden theme. Nicely positioned on the first floor of the house, it is easily accessible and very private. The private bath offers a step-in shower.
