Carriage Corner Bed & Breakfast offers a pastoral setting and five comfortable air-conditioned guest rooms with private baths. The common room invites you to relax with a good book. Featuring tasteful handcrafted touches of folk-art, our home offers a tranquil country atmosphere. Each room has cable TV and the gazebo and back deck offer places to relax and watch the buggies go by. (Smoking is limited to outside areas).

• Prices based on double occupancy; single occupancy - $10 less per night.
• Extra person - $15 per night.
• Winter rates are lower Sunday through Thursday.
• We are taxed at a rate of 7.1%.
• Minimum stays: Minimum stays may be required during peak periods. We have a two-night minimum stay on most weekends, and three nights on some holiday weekends. However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have rooms available.
• Reservation/Confirmation: We will e-mail, or mail a confirmation as soon as we receive your reservation information. Since the majority of our guests prefer the convenience of viewing on-line availability and booking, we have added this feature (simply click on our Reservation Page and follow through with making a reservation request). You may also call us to make a reservation if that is what you prefer - personal contact is always an important element of a B&B. The Office is open from 9:30 A.M. until 9 P.M. (please, no late night or early morning calls)
• Deposit/Payment: A one night deposit is held on a credit card, but the card is not processed prior to arrival. Full payment is due upon arrival at check-in. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, and cash, but can run a Visa or MC card for an additional 5% of the cost of the room. Group Reservations are held with a check deposit due two months prior to arrival and are nonrefundable. Rates are subject to a 7.1% State / Local tax.
• Payment/Cancellation: A deposit equal to the daily rate for each day confirmed by your reservation is held (but not processed) on your credit card. Refunds will be made only if cancellations are made 16 days in advance of arrival date, or unless we can rebook the rooms for each evenings reserved (a charge is placed on your credit card for every day we are unable to rebook your room). The deposit will also be forfeited if the guest arrives after date specified or departs before final day of reservation. A bookkeeping charge of $15 will be assessed via your credit card if the cancellation is made in advanced of the 16 days policy.
• Additional Charges/Children: Daily charges for more than two people in a room are: Adults: $17, Children from 7- 12: $12. We regret we are unable to meet the needs of children under seven years of age. The Lemon Room, with it's queen sofa-bed, is the only room which can accommodate more than two people in the B&B. Please make us aware if you intend to have more than two people in a room.
• Check-in/out: Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Special arrangements for late check-in can be made if we are contacted in advance. If you plan a later arrival, or are delayed, please contact us for instructions. Check-out time is 10:30 AM. weekdays and 10:15 AM on Sunday.
• Breakfast: a full breakfast is served at 8:30 AM each morning with coffee available at 7:30 AM
• Wireless Internet Access/Telephones: Guests have access to a wireless Internet for $5.00 for the duration of the stay. In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the Inn, our guest rooms do not have telephones in the room. Calling cards may be used on the phone in the common room.
• Smoking/Pets: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking Inn and limit smoking to outdoors only. We have no facilities for pets.
• Guest Convenience: Soft and bar soap, shampoo and bathrobes are provided. A hair dryer and iron are available. A guest refrigerator is available and one may purchase soft drinks and bottled water (.50)
