This is a family suite with two bedrooms / Sleeps four (two adults and two under aged children. It is not for a family of four adults.) Bedroom 9 has a queen bed, bedroom 9A has 2 twin beds. Each room has Cable TV and A/C. The suite has a sitting area and have their own outside entrance. The suite has a refrigerator and a private patio. The sutie has one private bath with shower.

Ten guest rooms are available at the Barn, offering a nice respite from everyday living. Each room is decorated with antiques and all have Cable TV, room controlled climate control, and private baths with shower. Four of the rooms have cathedral ceilings with fans, queen beds and a twin bed, and have access to a deck that overlooks the horse pastures. The Milkhouse Suite has a duo whirlpool tub and a private patio that opens to the garden. The Milk Parlor Suite has a Kitchenette, Whirlpool Tub, and Private Deck overlooking the horse pastures and pool. The pool is also available for guest use from Memorial Day to Labor day.

In the morning wake to the whinny of the horses outside your room and to a delicious homemade breakfast served in the old barn. Our breakfast feature is our "Hay Baler's Breakfast" which consists of bacon or sausage, farm fresh eggs, potatoes and homemade breads. Other entrees include pancakes, waffles, and quiche.

Policies

• This is a NON-Smoking facility - a working horse farm!
• Sunday through Thursday: Single night stays available
• *Saturday reservations require a two-night weekend booking, either Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday. If the day is Sunday, the weekend rate will apply.
• On a Holiday weekend there is a three-night minimum and Sunday night will be at the weekend rate.
• Holidays occurring during the week are billed at the weekend rate.
• Cancellation Policy: Any reservations canceled prior to fourteen days of your arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $25 reservation fee (Applicable to a future reservation). Cancellations within fourteen days of your arrival will be assessed the full amount of the reservation. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmation of such cancellations will also be in writing.
• Government Employee Day Rate: **Government Employees can use their Per Diem as their corporate rate with proper identification.
• Prices DO NOT include 6% PA Sales Tax and 3 % County Hotel Tax
• Rates are for 2 person occupancy. Please add $30 for an additional person.
• Children 8 YEARS of age & older are welcome.
• A one night Deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• Check In time is 3 -7 PM. Check Out time is 11 AM (Earlier Check-In time can be arranged).
