Rates & Reservations:

• Room Rates (USD American Dollars)
• All Occupancy Rates are subject to change.
• State and Local taxes may apply.
• The rate for single occupancy is $95.00.
• The rate for double occupancy is $105.00.
• The rate for each additional person is $20.00.
• Corporate rates are available upon request.

• Reservations: Valid credit card information (number, expiration date and card holder name) or a deposit equivalent to one nights stay or 50% of the total lodging (which ever is greater) is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit is required 5 days prior to arrival date. The balance is due at check-in.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Travelers checks, Personal checks, Major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX , Dinners Club)
• Cancellations: Personal reservations require a 5-day notice for full refund. Less than 5 days notice, one nights charge or 50% of total lodging (whichever is greater).

Policies:

• Smoking not allowed (except in designated outside areas).
• We cannot accommodate pets.
• Well behaved children over 13 years of age are welcome with prior approval and arrangements.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
• Open all year round.
• No minimum stay required.
• Check In time is 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (later with advance notice)
• Check Out time is prior to 11:00 a.m.
