Built circa 1766, The Osceola Mill House Bed and Breakfast rests on the banks of the Pequea Creek in a quaint and quiet historic setting adjacent to a 1757 mill and a mid 19th century miller's cottage. The area is known as "Pennsylvania Dutch Country" and is home to the local Amish community. We are surrounded by several hundred acres of some of the best farm land in Lancaster County. The daily farm activities add to the charming scenery. There isn't a day that at least one if not several Amish Buggies pass by the B&B. We can even arrange for you to have dinner in a nearby Amish home. New this year is our crabtree falls vacation rental home. This wonderful property is walking distance to the falls. The house is decorated in beautiful antiques, quality reproductions, family heirlooms, and the owners' varied collections. The wide board floors, exposed beams, deep-set windows, and five working fireplaces provide an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort right here in Lancaster County.

Whether celebrating a special occasion or just simply getting away for some rest and relaxation, the Osceola Mill House is the perfect retreat for any season. We look forward to helping you experience all that we know and love about the Osceola Mill House B&B and the beautiful area and people of Lancaster County.
Living RoomPat, one of the Innkeepers, has filled this room with the memories of a lifetime - family photos, love notes between her parents, the children's' rocking horse, her doll collection. It is a comfortable room in which to curl up and read a book, play a game, gaze at the fire - or just watch the buggies crossing over the Pequea Creek.

Gathering Room This truly is Ron's room - filled with all of his books, models and memorabilia of his past career in teaching aviation and his continued passion for airplanes. It is the original heart and hearth of the Mill House - and the room in which our guests still gather to socialize and rest. Coffee, teas, hot chocolate and light snacks are always available here to boost your soaring spirits!
Dining RoomEach morning in the comfortable sunlit dining room, we serve a hearty breakfast. Fine coffee and teas, juice, a fresh fruit dish, a hot breakfast entree and home baked muffins or breads are always on the menu. Candles, soft music and the companionship of the other guests make for a relaxing way to start your day.
