      Lincoln Room

    Located on the 1st floor of our 1850’s Carriage House addition, the newly remodeled large suite was built for your comfort in mind. Beautiful new king iron bed, large sitting room with queen sofa bed and comfy chairs, large gas fireplace and flat screen television complete the room. The new tiled bathroom contains a large double sink and a beautiful spa shower.
    Extra amenities include a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. $175-$205
    A third person can be added for an additional $25 per night.

    Lincoln Room

    Codori Suite
    Located on the first floor of the 1850's carriage house, this suite is the largest suite in the Inn. The suite contains a king size iron bed and a large sitting room containing a queen size sofa bed suitable for children only. Two full bathrooms, one containing a spa shower, the other a jacuzzi tub. New flat screen television, gas fireplace, tiled floors, and heated towel racks completes the luxury. This room has central a/c and even better yet, is ADA compliant. $195-$229

    The Cordori Suite
     
    Deck Suite
    On the second story of the original stone house, this suite has a private balcony overlooking our garden and deck. The sitting room has a comfortable love seat and wingback chair for reading, a loaded bookshelf full of possibilities, and a writing table. In the master bedroom you will find cable TV, a sleep-inviting queen bed with a antique maple bureau, attached double stall shower bathroom and window A/C unit. $145-$175
    The Deck Suite
     
    Loft Suite
    Located on the third floor of the original stone house is probably the most historically exciting with its exposed stone walls, open rafter cathedral ceiling, and wide plank wood floors. This suite has one large room with a queen bed, comfortable chairs, mini frig, cable TV, and attached tub and shower. The suite also contains a separate room with a daybed , TV/DVD player and a writing desk. Wall A/C unit. $169-$199

    The Loft Suite
    Battle Room

    On the second floor of the original stone house, and so named for being the only room permanently affected by the battle in 1863, there is a minie ball in the mantle above the old fireplace from the first day of the battle. A gracious queen size cherry sleigh bed and large Edwardian armoire with mirrors, sitting chair and attached stall shower bathroom. Window unit AC. $129-$159

    The Getty's Suite
    Located on the first floor of our 1850's Carriage House Addition, this spacious family style suite features a king size bedroom, with a second bedroom with two twin beds. The suite has a large living room complete with sofa, large comfortable overstuffed chairs, and a flat screen television. The suite is equipped with a full kitchen containing a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all items needed for cooking meals. A large dining room set completes the room.

    The full private bathroom contains a double sink and a double stall shower.
    This suite is ideal for families or two couples travelling together.
    The suite does have central air conditioning, a Keurig Coffee Machine and a private parking spot.

    The Getty Suite
    Garden Room
    Located on the first floor of the 1850's Carriage House facing the flower garden and deck, this floral inspired queen room offers a romantic white iron bed and lots of easy comfort. You can catch up on your correspondence in style at the wicker sitting chair and writing desk or just lean back, relax and the enjoy quiet! Step up into the new Jacuzzi tub room and enjoy an afternoon soak. The newly tiled bathroom contains a spa shower for extra relaxation. $155-$185

    Olde Master Bedroom
    One of the original bedrooms in the old stone house on the second floor. This romantic, spacious room offers a stately cherry hand-carved rice poster queen size bed, a walnut Victorian dresser, wingback chairs for reading, and the original non-working fireplace. The stall shower is across the hall (but private to the room, not shared) with plush robes provided for trips back and forth. Window unit AC. $125-$155

    On the second floor of the original stone house and named after the builder of the house back in 1786, you will feel like you stepped back in time with our romantic and cozy corner bedroom with an iron queen size bed, which is reminiscent of days past, a cherry bureau, and an attached full tub and shower, window AC unit. $125-$155.

    The North Suite
    On the second floor of our Olde Shop, one walks into an inviting sitting room off of the balcony that overlooks the deck and gardens. The sitting room has a gas fireplace and cable TV. The bedroom has a queen size cherry colonial pediment bed and matching bureau, and en suite with a whirlpool tub and shower bathroom. Window A/C unit.
    This suite also adjoins Catharine's Cove, and is perfect for families or friends traveling together. $165-$195

    The North Room
     
    Tillie's Room
    This lovely peach and blue Victorian accented room located on the first floor of the 1850's Carriage House is a favorite with our guests for its quiet charm and accessibility to the deck and garden area. With a comfortable pencil poster queen size bed, two oversized rattan chairs(one a rocker), TV, and attached full tub and shower bathroom, we’re pretty sure you’re going to feel snug and satisfied in this charming room. Also has a compact electric fireplace and central AC. 145-$175
    Tillies Room
     
    Catharine's Cove
    This suite is named after Catharine Codori Staub, who resided at the Codori Farm during the battle of Gettysburg. Located on the second floor of the Olde Shop with a private entrance off York St., this suite’s large sitting room has lots of light, a queen size sofa, reading chairs and cable TV. The bedroom has a hand painted queen size bed with a marble top bureau. En Suite with a whirlpool tub and shower bathroom. Window A/C unit.
    This suite also adjoins the North Suite, and is perfect for families or friends traveling together.

    The South Suite
     
    Pear Tree Suite
    Our newest and largest suite. Located on the first floor of our Lane Studios building. This spacious suite has a large fenced in patio area with a private entrance to the room. Inside you will find a king size bedroom, complete with large stone gas fireplace, loveseat, chairs, and flat screen television. The suite also contains a seperate den area with a daybed, desk, and another flat screen television. The luxurious bathroom contains a spa shower and two person jacuzzi tub.
    This suite is perfect for families with one or two children, as the daybed pulls out to two twins. Daybed not suitable for more than one adult.
    $205-$239

    Brafferton Suite
    On the second floor of the Victorian inspired rooms in the Lane Studio building, we were so impressed by this gorgeous two room suite, that we named it after the Inn itself. Surrounded by hardwood floors, a king size bed, with four posts covered in carved vines, is the magnificent centerpiece of this burgundy floral bedroom. The sitting room contains a double sofa bed and two chairs. The TV/DVD player and see through fireplace are useable from both rooms. The icing on the cake is the large bathroom complete with two person Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower stall. The suite also opens onto an outdoor balcony. Sofa bed comfortable for children only. $179-$215

    The Brafferton Suite
     
    Dorothy's Hideaway
    Located on the second floor of the Victorian inspired rooms in the Lane Studio building, you’ll take two steps down into a room that we can imagine Photographer Dorothy Lane might have used as a personal retreat during the years in which she and her husband , famed photographer Walter, ran the Lane Studio here. A queen size bed graces this green floral room, nestled beside an armoire, and a comfy overstuffed chair. The microwave and refrigerator may tempt you to truly hide away for a bit. This room also opens onto an outdoor balcony, and the bathroom contains a large Jacuzzi tub for two. $155-$185.
    Dorothys Hideaway
     
    Eisenhower Suite
    President Eisenhower did visit the Lane Studio where he was photographed by Walter Lane. We can’t say he stayed in this large stylish and elegant room, but we’re pretty sure that you’ll love it. Located on the third floor of the Victorian inspired rooms in the Lane Studio, you’ll find cream walls covered with burgundy hunting scenes, some wonderful vaulted ceilings, and a queen four poster bed. The sitting area in front of the gas fireplace is a perfect place to relax. You’ll also enjoy the tv/dvd player, mini fridge, microwave and the lovely private bathroom with shower and tub. $155-$185.
    The Eisenhower Room
     
    Officer's Headquarters
    The feeling of wood and leather prevail here. This cozy third floor room in the Lane Studio building, a ceiling fan slowly turns over a queen bed with a wood windowpane head board near a Lincoln style caned rocking chair. Beige walls with burgundy trim, original hardwood floors and a gorgeous corner gas fireplace with a wood mantle form part of the ambience here. The room has a TV, private bath and shower/ $145-$175

    *Our fireplaces are only "for looks", not use, because of our historic district location and the potential fire hazard.

    Note: Rates given are for April 1 - November 30 except for 4 special event weekends (Mid-May, July 4th, Fall College Parents Days, 3rd Weekend of November) are higher.

    Reservation Information:

    • Rates are based on double occupancy, $20 each for additional people/room where appropriate.
    • Rates do not include 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.
    • Reservations are secured with VISA or MasterCard number and charged an equivalent of a one night's stay or by check for 50% of the entire stay to be received within seven days.
    • 2 night minimum on weekends April 1 through November 30 and other special events.
    • Cash, Check, VISA or MasterCard accepted for payment.
    • Cancellations require a seven day notice. A $50 fee is levied for cancellations within the 7 days before and total loss of deposit results from cancellations with 48 hours.
    • Check-in time: 3pm-8pm unless by special arrangement. $25 charge after 8PM.
    • Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
    • Smoking is allowed in Garden only!
    • Children over 10 years of age are particularly welcome.
